It is my website. Or, rather, will be.

Yep. That's what it is (or will be).
Licensing
This is split between "code license" and "content license". As much as I dislike the term "content", it is currently the best way to separate the meanings of "code" and "content". The split is as follows:
- Code is anything not specific to what will be displayed on the site in terms of meaningful media. This means styling, the way a site layout is written or other customizations written for VitePress itself.
- The license for this is the MIT License.
- Content is whatever would be actually read and comprehended by a human (or web crawler) once the site is rendered, so any actual media I produce.
- The license for this is CC BY-NC 4.0. Read a summary (deed) of that license at creativecommons.org.
- A special exception is hereby made for search engine crawlers, for the express purpose of providing the website as a search result, and no other purpose.
